::Google+ Weekly Photography Theme “Reflections” Recognition::
From last week’s Google+ PAC Community weekly “Reflections” photography theme challenge, the judges have chosen to highlight Tim Rocheleau's creative picture that he made the other day of his darling grandson, who is fast asleep on his giant stuffed frog! Congratulations!!
Tim, who made this picture with his iPhone, is one of our Arizona photographers. He used the Zitrr Camera app to process this photo. Tim reports that the Zitrr Camera app “has tons of photography options. You can edit saved photos, or, in the case of this picture, (he) took it with an in-app lens.” Thanks for the tip about the iPhone app, Tim – iPhone users should check it out!
An R.N. by day, Tim enjoys photography on the side and is active in both our PAC Google+ Community and our Facebook Group. He also attends many of our local meetings & events. Congratulations again, Tim! Keep those posts coming!

Andy is also an Arizona-based photographer. He lives in Gilbert and is the professional photographer behind the lens at Blue Shift Images. Andy is an active member of the PAC, and regularly posts in our Facebook Group. He also attends some of our local events. Congratulations, Andy, on your PAC Recognition! ::Facebook PAC Group — Technical Theme “Star Trails” Recognition::
For last week’s Facebook Group Technical Theme, “Star Trails” our judges have chosen to highlight Patrick Kreidt's image which he made by blending two exposures, and by hanging out in a vertical mine shaft, light painting, for an hour (!). Congratulations, Patrick! This is a stunning image – your hour spent down in a mineshaft sure paid off. 😉
Patrick reports that he was near the Ghost Town of Darwin, California when he made this picture, using his Canon 30D with a 24mm lens, He says, “The light-painted foreground was a 30 second exposure, and the star trail was about an hour long.”
Patrick lives in Ridgecrest, California, and is a member of our PAC Facebook Group. Congratulations, Patrick – we're looking forward to seeing more of your photos!
